I was satisfied with the product but it was harder to control than it seemed from the preview. I also thought I would find more kinds of percussions under one option. rather than finding one type of percussion with more ways to play it and a lot of unnecessary bass or treble sounds of it that took about two octaves of the total amount of keys. I would appreciate much more if there were e.g. 3 kinds of percussions in one option and each with an octave range of keys with different ways of playing it. The pitch change of the sounds isn't necessary nor cool at all.
This is my first purchase. While i find the initial layout and information to be organized and informative, thats about where it ended for me. Once I made my purchase and tried to retrieve my software, my headache began. Bottom line, the installer does not recognise my purchase and therefore I have nothing. This process of creating an account with both izotope and plug in boutique, download the installer which is supposed to make things easier, to then download the purchase and then find it or hope it is there needs to be streamlined. I still dont have my software package and have to hope someone gets back to me at this point. I spent all evening on it with no results, thinking maybe I missed something. Poor first experience. Depending on the customer service I receive will determine if I will give it another try in the future.

I had a few crashes with the program (windows 10) but it may have been due to me downloading too fast ? the interface looks good and generally functions well , perhaps there could be more refined options for resolution scaling (it was sometimes difficult to scroll up and down without missing samples)but maybe i just didnt look deep enough.

The installation of the Kontakt REVOLUTION drum module was by far the most difficult and complicated of any plugin I have ever installed. It requires the installation of two other softwares first, one of which refused to function on my new Mac Mini M1.
The staff at Plugin Boutique was helpful and polite, but the initial installation instructions sent after the purchase pointed to the wrong link for downloading the "Native Access" software. I had to contact Native Instruments support for the correct one.
Everything was fine except the very long and complex registration process.
It’s very inconvenient to have the iLok process. Other competitors are making it easier.
*bought a VST. It was billed.... but never found the download link button. Of course it was free... but anyway ... I've got nothing from you. Bad beginning.
